Carlos founded El Diamante International because of his passion for baseball and dedication to help student- athletes reach their goals. He is a graduate from Bowie State University, where he was part of consecutive baseball championship titles 1996-1997. He also coached varsity baseball at the Maret School where he contributed to various championships. While coaching at Maret, he scouted for the Baltimore Orioles. Moreover, he has experience instructing youth and coaches at the international level.
Carlos is also the Co-founder of DC Dynasty Baseball, a non-profit organization that provides youth in the District of Columbia with an opportunity to learn and practice baseball fundamentals and life skills in a professional and culturally diverse environment. He continues to work actively in inner city communities throughout the US and Latin America, helping youth with aspirations of playing professional baseball. Carlos is a member of Pro Sports Group and is a registered athlete agent in the District of Columbia. In October '08, Carlos was selected of only six participants in the Washington Nationals Diversity Internship Program where he worked closely with executives from the Nationals operations, scouting and player development departments.

Dale R. Winger, Midwest Regional Director
Dale has a degree from Southern Illinois University. He brings to our organization over 35-years of experience in business including retail, wholesale and marketing. Dale is a Certified Massage Therapist and co-owns a studio that specializes in a Deep Tissue Sports Massage. Dale has designed, patented and markets a "Total Body Massager". In addition, he is TAI CHI instructor as well as a personal trainer specializing in Aquatic Exercise. As part of Dale's Aquatic Exercises, he has developed a unique training exercise that targets the muscles of our clients to produce the "Perfect" baseball swing. Dale is also the coordinator of our Mid-west region baseball activities.

Antoine Williams, Mid-Atlantic, Regional Director
Antoine is a graduate of The Catholic University of America ('96), where he had a successful playing career. He was an All-league performer, All-South Region, and team MVP honors in 1996. Antoine has a wealth of baseball knowledge and experience, and an excellent track record for success. He served as an assistant coach at CUA in 1997, and is currently the head coach at the Maret School in DC. His teams have won or shared 8 of the last 10 MAC league championships. Antoine is the President/CEO of DC Dynasty Baseball, a non-profit organization that provides youth in the District of Columbia an opportunity to learn life skills through a professionally run baseball program with an emphasis on diversity.
Antoine has scouted for the former Anaheim Angels, currently Los Angeles Angels and has coached players who have moved on to collegiate and professional baseball, such as Emmanuel Burriss, San Francisco Giants, Ivor Hodgson, KC Royals, and Mike Sheridan, Tampa Bay Rays. He scouts and is the coordinator for the Mid-Atlantic area baseball activities.

Franklin Rodriguez, Latin America Liaison/Agent
Franklin Rodriguez began consulting minor baseball players in 2004 out of his agency IROSA in Salisbury, MD, and is now a certified baseball agent through Pro Sports Group. He is proactive and works closely with our international clients providing orientation and advice to succeed in the US. He also provides real estate, financial advising, translations/interpretations, and immigration services for our clients. Franklin is the baseball liaison for El Diamante International in the Dominican Republic.

Alan Botwinick, Marketing Director/Agent
Alan has a degree from the University of Miami. He has several years of sports marketing and playerpersonnel experience. Including: Director of Player Personnel for an arena football team, and sports endorsement consultant for a sports media firm. Alan has put together deals with companies such as: Nike, Under Armor, Havoc energy drink, Cedrick Kushner Boxing Promotions and Spaulding. He also brings experience in media relations, press releases, player personnel, financial consulting, scouting and team relations.
